The second and third days of the BBS were marked by the Croatia Charter Expo and the congress program

The Biograd Boat Show in its 23rd edition is held in the sign of "4 fairs in one". In addition to the basic Biograd Boat Show exhibition fair, a congress fair is held as part of the 5th Croatian Nautical Day, as well as a charter fair (Croatia Charter Expo) and a business fair through the Biograd B2B program.

The second and third day of the Biograd Boat Show was marked by the congress part of the fair led by the Croatian Chamber of Economy with the organization of the 5th HGK Nautical Day, and on the first day a panel discussion was organized on the National Recovery Plan 2021 - 2026 - an opportunity for growth and the development of Croatian nautical tourism with prominent participants. In the continuation of the 5th HGK - Nautical Day, sessions of all nautical associations of the HGK, ie all representatives of the real sector of the nautical industry and tourism were held: marina associations, small shipbuilding, charter boat service providers, tourist shipowners, and the Diving Tourism Association.

The business segment of the fair is conducted through the "B2B" platform for business networking of the nautical sector, which is a long-standing feature of the BBS, and this year is more than ever significant, especially strong in the segment of video contacts and meetings. The platform enables business visitors to arrange meetings with exhibitors at the fair and with other business participants, as well as to participate in the entire nautical congress program.

Croatia Charter Expo as a charter fair was organized for the third time, from 21 to 22 October 2021, exclusively for the yacht-charter industry and enables charter fleet service providers to meet directly with agents, brokers and suppliers, and this year it is additionally supported by active program of a specialized charter congress. It is an expression of the significance of Croatia, which has the strongest charter fleet because it makes up 40% of the world. Here, charter companies are also allowed to present on their own vessels, and the charter companies present have a fleet of over 1,600 yachts. This charter fair was joined by the international congress of the Boat Charter Agency Association with over 200 international members.

Thus, thanks to the support of national and county structures and the City of Biograd na Moru, and continued cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Croatian National Tourist Board, with the teamwork and efforts of professional services of Ilirija dd, despite the global pandemic, it is possible to maintain continuity of nautical tourism events, as the most competitive and highest quality form of Croatian tourist offer.
