X-Cite celebrated at the Zadar ORC Cup

Zadar ORC Cup, this year's first sailing regatta of the Croatian ORC Championship, organized by the Sailing Club Uskok and D-Marin Borik belonged to the X-Cite crew.

The victory in the competition of 10 crews that competed in the Zadar archipelago was achieved by the sailing team X-Cite, while the second place was won by the team of Mareus, and the third by the crew of the sailing boat Filip.

On the first day of the regatta, sailing took place in the excellent south wind, which pulled a little to the right, but the sailors successfully dealt with this problem, as well as with tactics, strategies and other current events. On the final day, only the navigation sail sailed because the wind was very light. It started with a few knots from the south, to step up to about 9-10 knots, and in the second part it even turned into a mistral.

"We are extremely happy to be at the top of the Croatian ORC Cup again. We enjoyed the regatta, the competition was really tense with a lot of great sailing teams, and we consider the ORC Cup of Croatia one of our best cruiser competitions and we are happy to take part every year ", said the winning team X-Cite.

The next regatta for the CRO ORC D-Marin Cup is in the D-Marina Mandalina and the Šibenik waters on May 1st and 2nd.
