Gringo 3 and Krka triumphed in the 2nd Skradin Cruiser Regatta

Like last year's premiere, the second Skradin Cruiser Regatta was organized by ACI Marina Skradin and JK Kon-Tiki Sailing Croatia, with the aim of further positioning Skradin and Prokljansko Lake as one of the most attractive and special sailing destinations on the Adriatic. Namely, this is a rarity regatta that can only boast the status of a cruiser regatta on a lake in Croatia. Of course, the argument that confirms this is Prokljansko Lake as the closest larger water surface to the center of all events around the regatta, Skradin.

Despite the bad weather forecast, the regatta was successfully held in a competition of 12 crews and a total of 95 sailors, and the competition was divided into two groups, Lake racer and Lake cruiser, in which six crews competed.

The victory in the Lake racer category was taken by the ship Gringo 3, led by skipper Robert Sandalić from Zadar's JK Uskok, while Adriatica and Mr. J. In the Lake cruiser category, the victory with three first places went to the ship Krka, led by Miha Pučnik from the Slovenian NC Rogla, the first escort was Isabel, and the third place was won by Sound of silence.
