Colnago Marine, a shipyard from Split that has been exporting vessels all over the world for years, has started building a new catamaran intended for one-day trips. The design of the decks and interior was created by the studio Salt & Water from Novi Sad. The idea was to achieve the feeling of an uninterrupted space. Equipped to entertain up to 120 people on its open decks, this 24-meter ship has been given an attractive, futuristic design.

On both decks it is possible to lie down, sunbathe and sit on elements of different heights. They are designed so that everyone can find a mini ambience for a personal experience of the space, whether they are relaxing as a couple or a group of friends. Booths for two, which found their place on the border between open and closed space, are a symbol of the concept of connection on board. This means that all elements are connected to each other - so there is no clear line between the horizontal and vertical planes that connect to each other. If necessary, the upper deck can easily be converted into a space for team building gatherings or celebrations. On the flybridge there is also a kind of VIP lounge - a section with sunbeds that is separated from the rest, with a nice view of the sea. Sun sails provide the necessary amount of shade during hot days at sea.

In the central part of the main deck there is a bar. It was conceived as a kind of center of the vessel and the part around which the life of the ship takes place. That's why, together with the wall covering and the stair railing, it forms a kind of sculpture in the space. The black lines of the ship continue to the bar and staircase railing, descending to the floor. This moment goes in step with the concept of the catamaran and talks about the link between exterior and interior, but also horizontal and vertical. The entire main deck is designed as an attractive, futuristic cafe. There are geometric patterns on the ceiling with LED lighting, suitable for parties.

In the bathrooms, too, an effort was made to create a feeling of infinite space, by connecting the mirror to the ceiling. Although they are modern, luxurious and futuristic, their functionality is enabled in the form of quick and easy cleaning between tours.

Despite the fact that this catamaran is initially intended for one-day trips, it is definitely not perceived only as a means of transportation. The interior design deepened and refined the experience of staying there many times over. The vessel project itself is signed by Srđan Đaković on behalf of the Okus mora company.
